Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from Blinket (corporation number 836 651 022) in our online store blinket.no.

1. Prices

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices, range and terms. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

Free shipping from 399kr.

On orders over 399 kr, shipping with tracking is included.

2. Payment

We offer secure payment solutions via Shopify, Vipps, bank/credit cards and other approved payment providers. Payment is charged when the order is completed.

3. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2–4 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.

Orders under 699 NOK are normally shipped without tracking unless tracking is selected as an option at checkout. Orders over 699 NOK are shipped with tracking included.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The right of withdrawal applies if the item is returned:

unused
in the same condition as received
in original packaging where possible

The customer pays return shipping when using the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at support@blinket.no .

5. Returns and complaints

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you can make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.

order number
description of the error
pictures of the product

6. Complaints handling

If we cannot reach an agreement on a complaint, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority. You can also use the EU's online complaint portal (ODR) if this is relevant.
