Right of return and cancellation

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchases at Blinket in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- as far as possible be in original packaging

For reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to earrings and other jewelry that has been in direct contact with the skin, if the seal has been broken.

The customer pays for return shipping when using the right of withdrawal, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered .

How to return:
1. Send us an email at support@blinket.no and let us know that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Wait for return instructions from us before sending the item back.
3. Return the item in proper packaging.

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
